We collect information at a few natural points in your experience with Arkade:

• —Account details — name, email, and password when you sign up, including verification status of your email address.
• —Order information — shipping and billing address, phone number, order history, size and product preferences, and cart or wishlist contents.
• —Payment details — for Cash on Delivery orders we retain the delivery details needed to fulfill and verify the order; for online payments, card and transaction details are processed directly by our payment gateway and are not stored on Arkade's own servers.
• —Location signal — an approximate country/region used only to show you accurate pricing and currency (e.g. BDT vs. other currencies) and estimated shipping.
• —Communications — messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram/ Facebook, and your newsletter subscription status.

• —To process, pack, and ship your order, and to keep you updated on its status.
• —To verify your account and secure it against unauthorized access.
• —To show you accurate pricing in your local currency and estimate delivery timelines.
• —To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — only ifyou've subscribed — occasional newsletter emails about new arrivals or restocks.
• —To reduce fraudulent or fake Cash on Delivery orders, which protects genuine customers and keeps delivery reliable for everyone.
• —To understand which pages and products people are actually engaging with, so we can improve the site.

04Payments & Orders

Arkade supports Cash on Delivery and online payment methods. When you pay online, your card or mobile banking details are handled by our payment gateway partner directly — Arkade never sees or stores your full card number. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may verify order details (such as phone number and delivery address) to reduce fake or fraudulent orders before dispatch.

05Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We also use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to understand overall site traffic and performance — this data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; this may affect features like saved carts.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where it's needed to run Arkade:

Arkade ships worldwide, and your information may be processed in Bangladesh — where our team is based — as well as by service providers located in other countries. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see Your Rights below.
