02Accounts & Eligibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order — we rely on it to fulfill and deliver your purchase. If we suspect an account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms, we may suspend or close it.

All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue a style, size, or color at any time. Prices are shown in your local currency where possible, converted from our base pricing in BDT — exchange rates update periodically and the price at checkout is the one that applies to your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected amount.

05Orders & Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment. A few things to know:

• —Placing an order is an offer to buy — we may confirm, delay, or decline an order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or repeated failed Cash on Delivery attempts.
• — Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We don't store your full card details.
• —We may ask you to verify Cash on Delivery orders by phone before dispatch, to protect against fake orders.
• —Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to that option being restricted on your account.

06Shipping

We ship within Bangladesh and internationally. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, customs processing on international orders, or circumstances outside our control. 07Returns & Refunds

08Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Arkade to:

10Disclaimer & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, beyond the value of your order.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, regardless of where you're ordering from. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
