How we confirm, charge for, and deliver every order — inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka, and beyond.
01Confirming Your Order
To confirm an order, we ask you to pay the delivery charge upfront — this secures your order in our queue and helps us filter out fake or accidental orders. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation by email and SMS with your order details.

This charge applies per order and is paid at the time of confirmation, regardless of how many items are in your cart.
03Delivery Timelines
- —Inside Dhaka — 1 to 3 days from order confirmation.
- —Outside Dhaka — 4 to 5 days from order confirmation.
These are estimates based on normal courier operations, not guarantees.
04International Orders
For orders outside Bangladesh, delivery charges and timelines vary by destination and are confirmed with you directly before your order is finalized. Reach out to us at weararkade@gmail.com for a shipping quote to your country.
05Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the timelines above due to circumstances outside our control — strikes, weather, political situations, national holidays, or broader disruptions affecting courier networks. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
06Inspect Before You Accept
When your order arrives, you're welcome to check the product in front of the delivery agent before accepting it. If something isn't right — wrong item, wrong size, or visible damage — you can return it to the delivery agent on the spot, or request an exchange right there. We'd rather resolve it at your doorstep than have you deal with it after the delivery person has left.
